Annual General Meeting

You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Botanical Society of Namibia to be held on Thursday 19 March 2026 at 18h00 in the Lecture Hall of the NBRI
The purpose of the meeting is:
- To consider and adopt the Chairperson’s Report
- To consider and adopt the Financial Statement of the Society
- To consider and vote on any other business if applicable
- To record Votes of Thanks
- To elect CAPP members for the ensuing two years
The Agenda, Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held in 2025, Financial Statement and Reports will be sent to members and will be available on request.
A reminder that only paid up members may vote at the AGM and that a quorum is required to constitute the meeting.
